Engagement with organizational and institutional frameworks and attendant governance processes is integral to both consultancy and action research work of INDE. Premised on the acknowledgement that the implementation hurdles are larger than planning and designing, our engagement sets both the context for an intervention as well as the means to realize the intervention.
